5. The List: A resently killed man who had been on death row seems to be taking his revenge on all the people thathe had placed on his 'list'.
6. 2 Shy: An internet lover seems to live off the fatty acid within the skin of the women he sudices.
7. The Walk: A failed suicide in a military hospital leads to Mulder thinking that there is a phantom about.
8. Oubliette: A fast food worker can somehow feel what a kidnapped girl is feeling and may be their only chance to find the girl.
9. Nisei: A video of an alien autopsy sends Mulder chasing a boxcart that he believes is carrying an alien. (File 5)
10. 731: While Mulder is trapped inside the boxcart with a bomb, Sculley tries to determine what the chip in her neck is,after X's advise. (File 5)
11. Revelations: 11 stigmatics die and it is up to Sculley to protect a small boy who is believed to be the next victim.
12. War Of The coprophages: Mulder stumbles across a town over run with cochroaches.

14. Grotesque: An artist who claims to be possessed is arrested but the murders carry on.
15. Piper Maru: A salvage ship appears with it's crew covered in radiation burns and so the pair must investigate this aswellas it's connection to a previos vessel and Alex Krychek. (Special File)
16. Apocrypha: After Krychek escapes Mulder and Sculley try to find out who attacked director Skinner. (Special File)
17. Pusher: 14 suicides turn into murders when a man admitts to them and then escapes leaving a trail of clues for the agents to follow.
18. Tescos Dos Bitchos: The curse of a female shamen seems to be coming true when some of the researchers disappear.
19. Hell Money: A game in china town san fransisco seems to involve more than money and is getting people killed.
20. Jose Chung's 'From Out Of Space': A famous sci-fi writer interviews Sculley about the apparent abduction of 2 girls by grey aliens.
21. Avatar: Skinners inadvertantly wakes up to find a dead body in his bed with himself as the only suspect.
22. Quagmire: A federal offical goes missing and the team end up trying to find the legendary 'big blue'.
23. Wetwired: A series of murders seem to suggest that the man is a product of TV violence but Mulder believes that subbliminal messages are involved.
24. Talithacuma: Jeremiah has the power to heal people and is being hunted by the bounty hunter. Mulder must find Jeremiah in order to save his mother who is desperately ill before the bounty hunter disposses of him. (File 6)
